Young Chang Piano Serial Numbers

The first number following the serial number prefix is the year. Example of a Serial Number on a Squier Precision Bass that was Made for Fender by Young Chang in Korea in 1995 The first guitars made in Korea are those with serial number written in silver E10 +5 digits (note 1 extra digit) possibly as early as 1986. The serial number is TG0020876. My Pierce Atlas is 20 years old, so I’m not sure what the age of this piano is. If it is using Young Chang serial numbers, it was made in 1990. However I do see that. Fenix young chang telecaster E1053568 What year was the fenix guitar made (serial number E9126271) and what is it. Hi I am going to buy a fenix telecaster in light blue serial number E910782. I'm sure I could probably learn how to navigate the web-based site, or atleast play with it enough to see what is less than satisfying aboutit. There's little point in extolling the virtues of my currentsystem (as in - easy to move between date, subject and author views, aswell as auto filtering into specific Pianotech@googlegroups folder),since, as good as it might be, its techno-days are numbered.
The alternative is to know everything and not feel the need to read thelist. I'll start working on that... soon.

Thank you. I'll assume your intentions are of the highestorder, however, I hope you can see where a post such as the one that BenBradley sent, and which I acknowledged, with appreciation, is morehelpful than simply telling me to go to the web, which vastly underplaysthe complexity and frustration this issue can cause, to vast numbers, beyond myself. What WOULD be extremely helpful might be for you totry to explain why you are among the very few whose email posts to thelist are NOT displaying expanded headers. I would truly appreciatethat.
